BatteryPool's current pack format is compatible with the four highest-volume two-wheeler chassis in Pune's fleet market. We publish the full compatibility list in your onboarding documentation. If you're unsure, send us your vehicle model and we'll confirm before you sign.
The dispatch model trains on historical swap timestamps, route heat maps, and fleet shift schedules to produce an 8-hour demand forecast per station. Overnight, a logistics team moves charged packs from low-demand stations to high-demand ones before the morning rush. The model improves as your fleet's patterns become more predictable.
Fleet Pro and Enterprise plans include REST API access. The API exposes swap events, station availability, SOH scores, and billing summaries in JSON. Webhook support for real-time swap events is included on Enterprise. Contact us for API documentation and sandbox credentials.
Every station has a cellular backup and offline-capable unlock controller. If a station loses primary connectivity, the last-known availability state stays visible in the app with a degraded-mode badge. The ops team is alerted automatically and mean time to restore is under 2 hours based on our current track record.
