Pricing questions, answered

Network Access has no monthly fee at all. Fleet plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. There is no annual contract required to start. If your fleet grows past a tier threshold mid-month, we adjust from the next billing cycle.
The activation fee covers a vehicle compatibility check, app installation walkthrough for all enrolled riders, and a complimentary first swap at your nearest station to verify everything works before you go live. There is no recurring access charge on top of the per-swap rate.
Yes. Plans are monthly. When your rider count crosses a tier threshold, we notify you and you confirm the upgrade. The new per-swap rate applies from the start of the following billing month. Downgrades are also possible with 30 days notice.
BatteryPool is registered under GST. All invoices carry 18% GST separately itemised. Fleet accounts with their own GSTIN can claim input tax credit on the service component. Contact our accounts team for the applicable HSN/SAC code for your fleet's accounting system.
